Specifi is an all-in-one business operating platform for AV integrators. One subscription covers the proposal and quoting engine, the CRM, project management, work orders, the mobile field app, the customer portal, website builder, marketing tools, and two-way accounting integration. It replaces the stack of three to five separate tools most integrators run today.
Specifi is built by a team with ten years of AV-trade experience before the software was written, and it is used by hundreds of integrators across the UK, US, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Who is Specifi for?
Residential and commercial AV integrators from one-person shops running their first ten projects a year up to mid-size companies with seven or more office users and ten or more field users. The Individual tier is sized for a solo integrator with a tech, Team is the common choice for a three to five person team, and Enterprise is for businesses with established install and service operations.
Specifi is not a product for pure design consultancies, pure AV distributors, or mass-market home improvement contractors; the workflow assumes you quote, install, and service AV systems.
What does it cost?
Three plans, all monthly, all with everything included. Individual is $149 for a solo office user and two field users. Team is $349 for three office users and five field users. Enterprise is $699 for seven office users and ten field users. Annual billing takes 10% off each tier. Onboarding is a one-time fee equal to two months of your subscription. Is there a free trial?

Do you support the UK, US, and Australia?
Yes. Specifi is multi-currency (GBP, USD, EUR, AUD, NZD, CAD), handles region-specific tax formats, and integrates with region-appropriate accounting tools (QuickBooks Online, Xero). Our support team covers UK, US, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand time zones.
How long will it take to get up and running?
Onboarding usually runs two to four weeks depending on how much existing data you are migrating. We move contacts, projects, price lists, and supplier catalogs. Proposal templates and workflow configuration are built in the first week. Most teams are running live on Specifi within a month of signing the agreement, while running their existing tool in parallel for the first few weeks.
What makes Specifi different?
One subscription instead of a modular bill. Everything in the platform is included at every tier; there are no add-on modules to buy or activate. A second difference is that Specifi was built by integrators, which shows in the workflow assumptions (cable schedules, Rako programming, rack elevations, and supplier-specific ordering are all first-class parts of the product, not afterthoughts).
A third is the customer portal, which is bundled free and gives your clients visibility into their project, change-order approvals, and invoice payments. Most platforms in this space either do not offer a portal or charge for it separately.
Do you integrate with my accounting software?
Two-way QuickBooks Online and Xero integration is included at every plan, not a paid add-on. Stripe is included for card payments. Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, and Salesforce are also included. Sage integration is on the public roadmap.
Can I keep my current website, or do I have to use yours?
Either. The website builder is included for integrators who want a branded marketing site that feeds lead forms directly into the CRM. If you already have a website you are happy with, you can keep it and just use the CRM, marketing, and client-facing pieces of Specifi separately.
