Everything integrators tend to ask about what Specifi costs, what sits inside the subscription at each tier, how onboarding is priced, and how the two-year total reads once you factor in the integrations and modules that typically sit outside a software bill.

Specifi runs on three monthly plans. Individual is $149 a month for one office user and two field users. Team is $349 a month for three office users and five field users. Enterprise is $699 a month for seven office users and ten field users. Annual billing takes 10% off each tier, so a full year on Team works out to $314 a month when paid up front.
Every plan includes CRM with pipeline and lead scoring, proposal and quote generation, project management, the mobile field app, work orders, the customer portal, QuickBooks Online and Xero two-way sync, Stripe payments, the website builder, and the Echo marketing tools. There are no per-module add-ons to buy.
How is onboarding priced?
Onboarding is a one-time fee equal to two months of your subscription. On Individual that is $299. On Team that is $699. On Enterprise that is $1,399. It covers guided data migration from your current tool, account configuration, a custom proposal template built to match your branding, and unlimited training sessions during the onboarding window.
Onboarding applies once, in Year 1. There is no onboarding fee in Year 2 or any later year.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a fourteen-day free trial, no credit card required. The trial gives you full access to the CRM, proposal builder, project workflow, field app, and the customer portal, so you can test the parts that matter to your workflow before paying. You can also book a 20-minute platform walkthrough with our team if a live guided tour suits you better.
What is included at every tier?
CRM (contacts, pipeline, lead scoring, email sync), proposal and quote generation with branded templates and e-signatures, full project management with work orders and scheduling, the iOS and Android field app, the customer portal (your clients get a branded login to see their project, approve change orders, and pay invoices), two-way QuickBooks Online and Xero accounting integration, Stripe payment processing, the website builder, and the Echo marketing tools for email campaigns and social scheduling.
The difference between tiers is the number of office users, the number of field users, and the level of ongoing support and account management access, not the feature set itself.
What is not included yet?
Inventory and Procurement is in beta and ships June 1, 2026. If running stock is a hard requirement for you today, talk to us before you commit so we can walk through the beta timeline and map what pieces are in place now.
Sage accounting integration is on our public roadmap but not yet live. QuickBooks Online and Xero are live and included in every plan.
How does Specifi compare on total cost of ownership?
The typical pattern is that other platforms in this space price CRM, project management, inventory, customer portal, and marketing tools as separate modules. When you add them all up at the tier most integrators actually need, the monthly number is similar to ours, but the modular bill is less predictable because it scales with every feature and every user added.
Over two years, including onboarding in Year 1 only, Specifi Individual is $3,875 all in, Team is $9,075 all in, and Enterprise is $18,175 all in. A like-for-like modular stack elsewhere (CRM plus proposals plus project management plus portal plus marketing) typically runs higher once all the modules are added, though the exact number depends on which modules a given team actually uses.

Are integrations free?
Yes. QuickBooks Online two-way, Xero two-way, Stripe payments, Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, and Salesforce are included at every tier. We do not charge per integration or per connection.
Do you charge payment surcharges?
No. Payments flow through your connected Stripe account at Stripe's standard processing rate. Specifi does not add a platform fee or a payment surcharge on top.
What happens if I need more users than my plan includes?
Additional field-user seats are priced at a fraction of per-seat rates common in this space. Office users can be added the same way. If you are growing past the ceiling of the Enterprise plan, talk to us about a custom quote; it is not a public tier because it is shaped around the specific team, but we can usually quote within a day.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Paying annually takes 10% off every tier. Individual drops from $149 to $134 per month equivalent. Team drops from $349 to $314. Enterprise drops from $699 to $629.
Is there a support fee?
No. Support is included at every tier, and training continues past onboarding for as long as you are with us. Our support team are real humans, mostly ex-integrators, not a ticket queue staffed by agents reading a script.
How do I switch plans if my team grows?
You can move up a tier at any time without waiting for a renewal. The pro-rated difference is billed on your next invoice, and onboarding is not re-charged when you upgrade. Downgrades take effect at your next billing anniversary.
